I host my own My Spirit Radio internet radio show WellBeing for Women. A new programme is recorded every month.
This WellBeing For Women programme is about Late Summer and the Earth Element. This time of year is recognised by Traditional Chinese Medicine as when nature rests before she begins her downturn into Autumn. Fruits and vegetables are ripe and we're able to rest for a while with nature and enjoy the heat and light that remains. Through her connection with Mother Nature, the Earth element is also key for women's wellbeing and so our guests this programme are all experts in this area.
